Joyful Noise Summer Camp
Summer hours are from 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM If you need additional care hours please
reach out. Added care starting at 6:30AM will be an additional $5 daily.

Daily Rates:
$65 a Day for incoming Preschoolers
$60 a Day for incoming Kindergarteners
$55 a Day for incoming 1st graders and up

Weekly Rates:
1st and up $275
Kindergartners $300
Preschoolers-$325
To hold your summer spot we are asking that you place a $50 deposit that will go
towards the first week of camp. This secures your spot, and will be deducted from the
first weeks invoice once it’s sent. Refunds will be given if care is no longer needed if
students unenroll by June 1st.

Vacation Time:
Summer students will get a week of vacation time they can use without being charged.
Please indicate which week your student will not be in attendance with a 2 weeks
notice. If your student is part time, only the amount of days in weekly attendance will be
given for vacation time. Summer camp/care starts the week school ends and continues
the week before school starts so there are no gaps in care.

What summer will look like…

Because we do not have the biggest outdoor space we will be going on daily trips to
local parks in town with 1st graders and up. The preschool and incoming kindergartners will utilize our playground on site.

1st grade and up will bring packed lunches to the park for daily picnics, and stay for a
couple hours each day to play. Lunch will be your responsibility to pack daily, nothing that requires heating up please. We will also have water play activities daily in our playground to cool down in the afternoons! Breakfast and an afternoon snack will be provided for all students. Please indicate allergies or medication needed on your emergency form.

SUMMER READING:

Summer reading will be encouraged and part of our day as we are partnering with the Library to help students retain knowledge and skills learned in the previous school year avoiding the summer slide. When students fill their summer reading chart, they’ll be rewarded!

WEEKLY THEMES:

Summer at Joyful Noise will have weekly themes where students will do themed
centered activities, and project work surrounding the themes.

For Example: Fun in the sun- Students will do sun activities, learn about the sun and
how it affects us both good and bad (sunburns, sunscreen safety, Vitamin D, etc).

Joyful Noise Summer Camp Field Trips:

We will be doing weekly field trips for incoming 1st graders and up only. . Preschoolers and incoming kindergartners will stay on site. Field trips will be 2-3 times a week and we would ask parents to cover the cost. We plan to keep the cost to $10-$15 dollars each at most, if anything at all, as some trips will be free.

FIELD TRIPS:

Thursday June 22nd- Strawberry picking at McQuesten Farm in Litchfield- Cost $4

Tuesday June 27th- Benson Park in Hudson NH, Students will tour the space, play on the

playground, and explore the hiking trails

Thursday June 29th- TBD-Water related

Thursday July 6th- Palace Theater Summer Series:

Magician BJ Hickman- Cost $10

All students must arrive by 9 am to ensure attendance.

Friday July 7th- The Magic of HouDana- Hosted by the Merrimack Public Library at Abbie

Griffin Park- 12:00-1:00

Tuesday July 11th- Dupont Splash pad- Please send in bathing suit or clothes okay to get wet

in, towel, sunscreen, and water bottle- FREE

All students must arrive by 10 am to ensure attendance

Thursday July 13th- Palace Theater Summer Series:

Beauty and the Beast- Cost $10

All students must arrive by 9 am to ensure attendance.

Tuesday July 18th- Palace Theater Summer Series:

Rapunzel-Cost $10
