An event every week that begins at 5:45 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
All tumbling classes will safely warm-up, do strength and conditioning, skill drills, and various stations to build on skills. Hands on spotting by a certified and trained coach.
Tumble 1 students will be working on obtaining the following skills: forward roll rebound, backward roll to push-up position, handstands, cartwheels (right & left) (lunge to lunge), round-off rebound, back bend, back bend kick-over, back walker, front limber, front limber, front walkover.
